I am forty-four years old. I can be authentic in my sexuality, or not. Like a child, I am utterly unselfconscious. I am more comfortable in my own skin as I’ve aged, allowing a fuller spectrum of personas to emerge. I can be sexy, I can be passionate, I can be dirty, I can be playful. I can use my sexuality any way I choose. The better I know who I am, the better my relationships are.
My body has become my friend. I love how it looks. I love how it makes me feel when I am alone, and when I chose to share it with another. The connection between myself and my sexuality is amazing.
